What the ?!*!?*

So why is it that people can't do their job? I am just curious????
Really it is not that hard to accomplish the little tasks that are assigned to you daily when at a job. Right?
We went to this bar with some friends on Monday for a birthday celebration and we were a big group and were there for probably about 3 to 4 hours.
At the end of the night we all paid our tabs separately and there were no problems service was great things were fine and so on.......
Well yesterday we notice that on our bank information there is a large amount charged from the bar we went to that was not what we spent at all!!!!!
Now naturally I understand people make mistakes and stuff but this was a huge tab and we already had paid for two different ones. How do you mix up someones credit card? So we call and talk to the bank and of course the only way they can fix things is to cancel our cards and give us new ones........ Yes, please we would just love to go through that again mind you because we have done it before.
So the bank tells us we should call the bar and talk to them about it. So we call them and there is no manager on duty at the time so they take a message..........
Several hours later with still no returned phone call we call again and they then sit us on hold for several minutes. They come back to tell us that they are really busy and can't help us at this time. Long story short we had to call back today and talk to a different manager, then she also had to call us back, and now finally they are going to credit our account. They figured it out after "investigating" it and the cards and tabs somehow got mixed up!!!!
I am sorry are you joking with me? I sure do feel safe and or confident about giving them my card again!!!! NOT!
What the hell is the problem seriously?
I just don't get it, you would think that they would be more careful.....
I guess you just can't find places that you can really trust anymore!
Sad. :-)

How's this? I couldn't make the wording all black in the header, because you couldn't see it then...
