OK, yes I know it sounds harsh but just listen to my story. So we receive a call from an automated system saying that we need to call this 1800 number because they need to talk to us about our visa card but it doesn't have that they are our bank or anything. So we think well that sounds like a scam because it had no specifics and didn't even say what bank we were with or anything like that. Well Tony went to buy some things at Price Chopper last night and our card wouldn't work. Yeah so of course Tony is like what the heck is going on here. So we call our 1800 number on the back of our card come to find out that the message was not a scam and they cancelled out card. They cancelled out card because someone in Canada tried to rack up over $700 in purchases but our bank thought that is was fishy so didn't let the charge go through (big sigh of relief) so now we have to get new cards. Which means that we have to wait like a week or so to get the new cards. Which also means that we can't get money any other way then going to our bank because our cards don't work in the ATM either. Yes, so like I said sometimes people really just suck. How did they get our number? who knows? All I know is that it just sucks, it really does.

Yes ma'am. I couldn't agree more. I've had my cards stolen before and you have to go through sooo many hoops in order to get your OWN money back into your hands. It's just crazy. Irritates me now just thinking about it. Yep, THAT SUCKS!!!
